Key responsibilities
In this Customer Support role, your main responsibilities will include: 
  • Optimising operations - you always look to improve processes and drive growth for customers and internal teams.
  • Managing customer fulfilment by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships with clients. 
  • Working closely with the Care Advisory and Operations teams to drive service improvements and recovery.  
  • Problem-solving to foresee any issues to ensure smooth sailing of daily events. 
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues and assisting to provide solutions.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.
Job requirements 
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task  
  • Fantastic written & verbal communication skills are key 
  • The ability to think on your feet and provide solutions in a fast-paced customer focused environment 
  • Aptitude for technology and an ability to pick up processes quickly - the ability to teach these IT processes is a plus! 
  • Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment, hospitality, or healthcare company is a bonus! 
  • Proactive and a reliable team player 
  • A willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the care industry 
  • Heaps of energy and enthusiasm to build relationships and rapport with others 
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
