Job description
In this HR Talent Consultant graduate position, you will play the unique role of working directly with the HR Director & HR team, supporting all areas of HR and people related matters.

Key responsibilities
The successful graduate HR consultant can expect the following, but not be limited to:
  • Learning about and supporting all employment lifecycle steps – hiring, contract management, on-boarding, employee support, culture-building, performance management and off-boarding
  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Learn sourcing methods to reach the best candidates in the market, pipeline talent, and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage
  • Assist with developing and embedding HR policies and procedures
  • Keep up to date with legislation changes to ensure compliance and provide updates to relevant parties.
  • Contribute to their Diversity and Inclusion programs
  • Produce reports & presentations
Job requirements
  • Educated to degree level, ideally be in a relevant subject (e.g. HR, IR, communications, business, management or a related field)
  • Communication skills are key! Must have exceptional written & verbal skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK is desirable
  • Natural curiosity to learn and a genuine passion for the technology industry
  • Fantastic presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
