Key Responsibilities
This Sales Development Representative job in Brisbane will become a central position within the Sales Team within the Queensland office and will build an expansive skill and capability set for the right graduate.
  • Developing and implementing Account plans, driving structured customer engagement strategies.
  • Contacting new customers through cold lead generation as well as the opportunity to reach out to leads generated through local, national, regional and global marketing programs.
  • Broad and specific market research – investigate the broad industry and market trends in the Queensland marketplace, and conduct customer-specific research to aid in business relationship development and the identification of customer needs
  • Attention to customer needs – develop and implement post-meeting follow up strategies including the development and provision of timely tailored collateral
  • Customer Relationship Management Software – build a best practice skillset in our SalesForce CRM portal including
  • Build quality, detailed tender and proposal submissions that specifically meet customer needs in an engaging and professional manner
  • Build and lead an E-Marketing support program, driving an engaging social media presence
  • Sales Community Participation – attend all local, national and global sales events and meetings

Job Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor level qualification (completed or close to completion)
  • Determination and drive to achieve outcomes and continuously improve
  • The ability to plan your workload and organise your activities to deliver outcomes
  • A high level of technological competence
  • The desire to implement strategic directions and ‘get things done’
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, both personally and in your work delivery
  • Excel in communication, being a magnet for relationship development
  • Always be a team player, remaining flexible and supportive of the team
  • Preferred experience and capability in the use of SalesForce
