Job description
In this client facing opportunity for graduates in Sydney, you will be responsible for new customers being set up for success. Ensure they are engaged with and become long term happy clients. This relationship-led role really requires fantastic communication skills, multi-tasking skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities
In this Junior Account Executive you can expect the following tasks:
  • Manage inbound inquiries via email, phone & Zoom
  • Managing relationships with clients to ensure they’re getting the very best out of the platform
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product & collaboration marketing (which you will be taught!)
  • Create reports for internal & external stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Basic content creation for the blog & social media
  • Identify prospects via new signups & social media activity

Job requirements

  • Any experience within PR, marketing, sales or business development is helpful (this could be an internship)
  • You are driven by communication and love building rapport with people
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a real self-starter who is self-motivated and driven
  • Previous experience working in B2B within fashion, lifestyle, beauty would be a bonus!
  • Any exposure to the following toolkit is a plus: Excel, Zoom, Google Drive, Canva, Google Analytics or similar
  • Serious attention to detail and excellent spelling & grammar skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Confident and target-oriented to meet team results
  • A committed individual hoping to find a team they can truly develop a career with – this isn’t a stop-gap job
  • Nice to haves include an eye for design and/or understanding of social media platforms
