Key responsibilities - Operations Graduate Program

- Perishable Airfreight Export
- General Airfreight Export
- Warehouse Operations
- Perishable Seafreight Export
- Perishable and General Airfreight and Seafreight Import
- eCommerce
- Customer Interaction
- Carrier Interaction
- Warehouse Interaction
- Documentation Preparation (compliance, customs, cargo etc).
- Coordination with Transport Providers
Job requirements - Operations Graduate Program
- Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject (e.g., commerce, logistics, supply chain). However, degree subject is movable if holding a real passion for the industry
- Any previous related work experience
- Real interest in developing a career in operations, especially in the freight industry
- Comfortable with numbers and data - analytical mindset
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and positive person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Great organisation and project management skills
