Job description – Retail Assistant

You will be one of the faces of the brand across Australia, while providing first-class service to all potential customers who enter the Chadstone Store. You will play a crucial role in providing a world-class shopping experience to all customers and responding to enquiries.
There will be opportunities to build valuable relationships with customers and encourage sales to promote growth in the business. 

Key responsibilities – Retail Assistant
In this Retail Assistant job, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Communicating with customers and helping with all inquiries, providing product recommendations, while ensuring all customers receive an incredible experience
  • Drive customer engagement and sales opportunities 
  • Ensuring merchandise is organized correctly and keeping the store manager informed on the stock
  • Maintaining store cleanliness
  • Be passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience for all customers
  • Have fun and demonstrate your unique personality in styling customers and ensuring they are comfortable throughout the process 
  • Learn how to use POS system in an effective manner  
37.5 hours a week across Monday-Sunday. You will have at least one weekend off a month.

Job requirements – Retail Assistant
  • Passionate about fashion 
  • A love for travel! 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Any retail, eCommerce, or Customer Service experience 
  • Ability to build rapport easily with various stakeholders 
  • Energetic and enthusiastic person who gets real satisfaction in helping people 
  • Excellent attention to detail and logical approach to work 
  • Super organised and proactive  
  • Tech-savvy – happy to pick up new tech systems
