The opportunity

Do you want to make a positive contribution in a culture lead meritocracy? Where your opportunities are only limited by your imagination, and your potential will be nurtured and supported? Where a culture of collaboration is lived every day?

Put simply, our environment allows our people to be the best version of themselves, which enables them to do their best work, and which ultimately makes our clients happy. This is win-win-win.

The role

We are looking for Legal Graduates to join our Firm in an 18 month rotational program across our various practice groups. During the program, you will have the opportunity to work in both transactional and litigious groups and will gain real practical experience in a supportive and encouraging environment. Following the completion of the Graduate Program, you will be given an opportunity to place within one of our practice groups.

  • is a curious, life-long learner who is open to change, try new things and wants to develop, not just as a professional, but as a person; and
  • is comfortable in ambiguous situations, who is happy to explore new ideas and figure out a way through.
