We currently have a fantastic opportunity for 2 Graduate Project Officers to join our Asset Solutions team on a fixed term 2-year contract.

As a Graduate Project Officer, you will work with us to gain experience and training in understanding how to project manage Hunter Water’s portfolio of assets.  This position will provide the opportunity for the successful applicants to develop their professional project management skills across a range of projects.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or Engineering or a related discipline - completed or if currently completing, in the final semester of study and on schedule to graduate
  • Proactive and engaged approach to learning and professional development
  • High levels of personal ethics and integrity
  • Class C Drivers’ Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills practically in the workplace
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and aptitude to learn relevant software programs
