What will I be doing?
Supporting the HR Governance, Compliance and ER team with:
- HR Compliance and Governance management
- HR Auditing (conducting internally including spot audits; and responding to external audits)
- Monitoring and updating of HR Policies, Practices, forms, payroll actions to ensure fully compliant.
- Management of the HR Management Information System
What skills will I need?
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Curious mind
- Work well independently and as part of a team
What experience do I need?
- Experience working in an ER/LR, HR or compliance or governance role
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Law (Employment)
