2023 Graduate Program

The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is looking for talented graduates to join our 2023 Graduate Program.  Successful candidates will participate in a two (2) year program of rotational work placements throughout key business units.

To assist in achieving our business objectives, in 2023 we are welcoming applications from those with undergraduate qualifications in the following fields:

Economics, Business, Management, Law

We are looking for graduates who are willing to learn, enjoying collaborating with team members and stakeholders and demonstrate strong research, analytical and written skills.  Graduates will be employed on a two year Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of permanency.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be an Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident in Australia and have completed an undergraduate qualification at a recognised tertiary institution in 2022 or be due to complete your degree by July 2023.

Appointment Information

In addition to the immediately available positions, appointments may be made from this process within a twelve month period to similar positions that may be permanent or contract, including fixed term appointments with the possibility of extension or subsequent permanency.

Suitable applicants will be placed in an appointment pool for up to twelve months. Selection to the pool does not guarantee appointment. Appointments may be made from this pool as opportunities arise and may be full time or part time, permanent or contract, including contracts with the possibility of extension and/or conversion to permanency.
