2023 Graduate Program - Digital

If so, our graduate program may be for you! Our Group, which consists of energy infrastructure company Jemena and asset service delivery company Zinfra, is looking for graduates eager to join Australia's dynamic energy sector and who can shape our transformation towards a net-zero future.

About the program

Our Graduate Program is designed to broaden the skills, knowledge and competencies of graduates across four structured rotations over two years. You will be supported by a tailored learning and development plan that will set you up with the knowledge you need to be successful, not only in your placements but for your future career with the Group.

Having completed your degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Science, you will be right at the cutting edge in our transformation of the energy industry. With renewables, the internet of things and customer experience, our Jemena digital tribe are transforming ways of working. Agile, sprint planning, it's all happening.

You will work in a business facing function to understand the internal customers we serve and will also have the opportunity to act as a BA on initiatives of different sizes and develop more in this domain.

About you

You may be in your final year of study or have previously graduated within the last three years and are looking to launch your career. You will be an Australian citizen, resident or have a graduate visa at the time of application and be available to commence the graduate program with a start date for February 2023 based in Melbourne, Victoria.
