Our Graduate Program 

Kicking off in February 2024, you will begin your permanent role with your first job placement which is carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.  

We offer our grads a structured, two-year program. This includes: 

  • A learning journey that meets you where you’re at; with individualised learning to grow your skillset. 
  • Excellent remuneration reviewed annually so that you are rewarded for your effort and dedication. 
  • Mentoring opportunities with colleague's who are considered experts in their field, and who care about your future. 
  • Work that has purpose. We build some of the most exciting projects in the country.  You’ll be contributing to legacy projects that transform the lives of everyday Australians and New Zealanders.

TEK (Technology, Engineering and Knowledge) 

  • Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
  • Spatial Science (Surveying) or Geospatial Science
