THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a lover of technology who wants to escalate and diversify their knowledge base as an AX System Administrator, where they will have the opportunity to support and deliver configuration changes with-in the KGF ERP systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is growing strongly and an opportunity for you to put your degree into practice.

Reporting into our IT Services Lead, the role will be based in our Birtinya office working in a permanent Fulltime capacity Monday to Friday. Full training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AX Administration

  • Identify scenarios that are configuration changes to support business activities.
  • Establish service request workflows within the IT service desk solution for the creation of a configuration request, along with the approval processes.
  • Build work instructions for service requests with the support of AX functional experts
  • Test configuration updates through the non-production systems.
  • Execute approved configuration changes, working with end users to confirm that the changes are meeting expectations.
  • Manage and maintain the user security model for access to the ERP solutions. This includes defining security roles, managing user access to the roles and periodic auditing / review processes.
  • Support the upgrade and release process for ERP changes from the software development lifecycle
  • Perform all duties in line with a culture of service excellence and measurable high levels of customer satisfaction, based on applying a sound set of service delivery standards and problem-solving methodology
  • Support the management of configuration changes throughout an ERP transition.
  • Work alongside the transformation project team to ensure processes are able to be delivered in new and legacy environments.
  • Take an active role in upskilling knowledge across the ERP environments
  • Maintain production related systems that provide KPC internal customers responsive support that exceeds their business requirements

Experience / Qualifications Required

  • Recent IT Graduate
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills
  • Results driven and solutions focused
