KPMG Law provides a high quality legal service offering as part of one KPMG integrated team, allowing us to provide a complete end to end solution for our clients. Our access to the worldwide KPMG network makes us a single-source provider of integrated, multidisciplinary professional services. We offer a range of legal services that help our clients to identify and manage the legal risk in their businesses and commercial transactions, and remain focused on achieving their broader business objectives.

The Commercial Law team of KPMG Law complements the traditional KPMG service offerings by providing high quality legal services to our clients as part of a ‘one KPMG’ integrated team. Our strategy is to provide end-to-end solutions to our clients through our expertise in:

  • public and private M&A
  • equity capital markets
  • foreign investment
  • corporate and commercial advisory
  • competition and trade practices
  • workplace and employment
  • real estate.
