2023 Graduate Program - Construction

As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking, and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

Current roles available: 

Site Engineer: As a Graduate Site Engineer, you would work alongside the wider construction project teams responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of contractors and suppliers onsite to ensure construction is completed within schedule and cost. This will involve supporting the project across safety, quality, cost, and program. 

Lendlease Construction (Building) - Site Engineer (NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, NT and WA) 

Commercial: You will undertake rotations within various commercial functions to develop a holistic understanding. You will gain exposure to bids and proposals through Subcontracts & Tenders; learn about Head contracts and subcontracts through Legal; develop skills in forecasting, cashflow management and reporting within Project Finance. You will also be placed within one of our construction projects to undertake procurement, contracts administration and project reporting.  

Lendlease Construction (Building) - Commercial (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA) 

Cost Planning: You will learn key skill sets in providing quick and accurate measurement of quantities, contributing to the production of conceptual and detailed cost plans, estimates and value engineering on a range of major projects, as well as learning how to reduce risk and analysing data in controlling design to a defined set of cost parameters. Through this you will develop an understanding of market conditions with regards to applicable rates, subcontractors, supply chain and our competitors. 

Lendlease Construction (Building) - Cost Planning (NSW, VIC)

We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated, and driven to be effective, with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and diversity.  

  • Degrees that aligned to (but not limited to) these roles are: 
  • Construction Management 
  • Project Management 
  • Engineering (Civil/Structural) 
  • Architecture 
  • Property Development or any related discipline 
  • Double Degree: Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management AND Commerce/Business

  • You must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency  
  • Submit your CV, academic transcript and proof of Australia Residency or Citizenship  
  • Applications close 21 August 2022, 11:59pm AEST 
  • The application process includes Blended Online Assessment, Video Interview, Virtual Assessment Centre. 
  • Start your new role in February 2023
