EH&S Undergraduate in Melbourne

As an EHS Undergraduate you will learn to provide EHS knowledge to the project team and site operations, assist in the implementation of our Global Minimum Requirements and drive superior performance. Working with the EH&S project team, your role will include providing administrative support to the EH&S team and providing support to our sites with the assisting the establishment and implementation of Lendlease EH&S Systems, Risk Management, Construction Methodology and Safe Work Methods. Your role will also include the coordination of inspection and monitoring of the workplace and development and implementation of safety initiatives to improve safety performance.

We are searching for students from a range of academic backgrounds which may include or have related degrees in health and safety, law, construction management, engineering, finance, construction economics or quantity surveying. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst being driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. We look for undergraduates who are passionate and motivated to make a difference, with a commitment to safety, sustainability and diversity. 

Our projects can be found around the country; within metro and regional locations, so it is essential you would be prepared to be mobile/relocate across these project needs.
