What is the Link Group Graduate Programme?

Our two-year rotational graduate programme aims to develop your career within a collaborative and evolving organisation. Alongside your role, you will undertake a variety of face to face and virtual development workshops, building your skills & capabilities in areas such as personal brand, relationship building, communication styles and skills, and building resilience. You will also gain exposure to senior leaders by way of exciting business related projects.

Each of our graduates will have an assigned mentor and a buddy throughout the programme, to provide support and guidance along the journey.

Locations: Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Melbourne

Business Areas: 

Retirement & Superannuation Solutions: This Business Division combines its proprietary technology, process and people to deliver a comprehensive financial data solution to its superannuation clients. Clients include government, industry, retail and corporate (Melbourne based)

Technology: The consistency, application and controls of our systems is significant and that is due in large part to our ability to enable our operations with innovative technology solutions. Having a strong Technology function puts us at the forefront of this innovation (Melbourne/Parramatta based)

Finance: Our Finance, Treasury & Insurance teams are responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of Link Group, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations (Sydney CBD based)

People & Group Services: As Link Group continues to evolve into a high performing, global organisation, our People & Group Services function supporting, developing and providing career opportunities for our people is of critical importance (Sydney CBD/Parramatta based)

How do I express an interest in the Link Group Graduate Programme?

You can click apply where you will be prompted for your contact details and provided with an opportunity to upload a document. This could be a CV, resume or a copy of your LinkedIn profile.

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you’ll be due to graduate with a relevant degree in September/October 2021 and hold permanent work rights for Australia

What Happens Next?

Once you have submitted your expression of interest, you will hear from us again towards the end of June 2021. At this point, you will be asked to submit a full application for the programme and then be taken through a few steps (combination of online assessment, assessment centre and interview).

We will be welcoming our new Graduate Programme members in February 2022
