L’Oréal’s Graduate Program (otherwise known as Management Trainee Programme) is a special management development programme for recent graduates. Designed to give participants best-in-class, hands-on training, it is your passport to a successful career with us.
L’Oreal Australia offers opportunities for graduates to get full insight into the organization. Our program lasts for 18 months, and graduates are rotated across the business on six-monthly rotations. Consumer Products Division - our largest mass market division which is accessible to most consumers. Some of our brands include Maybelline NY, L’Oréal Paris, Men Expert, Garnier and Essie.
Luxury Division - The Luxury Group is a market leader present in retail distribution. L’Oréal Luxe products are available at department stores, cosmetics stores, travel retail, but also own-brand boutiques and dedicated e- commerce websites. Some of our brands include Lancome, Giorgio Armani, Kiehl’s, Yves Saint Laurent, Urban Decay and Ralph Lauren Fragrances.
Professional Products Division - The Professional Products Division distributes its products in salons worldwide. Through its vast array of brands, the division can meet the needs of different hair care salons, for color, shape and styling, shampoos and general hair care needs. A privileged partner of hairdressers, this division offers them products made with the best technologies as well as high-level training, to ensure professional service. Some of our brands include Kerastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken and Matrix.
Active Cosmetics Division - The Active Cosmetics Division brands meet a range of different skin care needs from normal to blemish-proned, in healthcare outlets worldwide, including pharmacies, drugstores, and medi-spas. Thanks to its highly complementary brands, developed and endorsed by health professionals - dermatologists, pediatricians, cosmetic doctors - the division is the world leader in dermocosmetics. Some of our brands include La Roche Posay, Vishy and Roger and Gallat.
