Assessment Administrator – Sydney

We are seeking a passionate individual looking to gain experience in a corporate environment. You will currently be studying a degree in psychology or be passionate about the subject which will see you excel in this role.

In this role, your principal focus is to administer computer-based psychometric assessments for candidates engaged in our recruitment processes. As one of our Assessment Administrators, you will be responsible for providing a high-level of candidate care and performing general administrative duties.

This role is for you if you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence to deal with senior level stakeholders and possess the initiative and the ability to work autonomously. As a successful Assessment Administrator, you will have a professional and friendly attitude and the ability to maintain your composure when faced with challenging situations followed by the skills to solve ‘in the moment’ problems.

You will also bring with you strong Microsoft Office skills, PC knowledge and additional experience in the administration of psychometric assessments would be a strong advantage, though not essential. You must be available to administer assessments on rotational weekdays and Saturdays.

This role is suited to a university student looking to begin their career in psychology, human resources or any other related field.
