Join our Equity Derivatives and Trading division which has a strong reputation as an equity derivatives player in Asia, including being a leading issuer of derivative warrants and capital raising solutions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan. The team now has an excellent opportunity for an experienced equity derivatives and corporate salesperson to join the desk in Bangkok to help support the growth of our business in Thailand.
Working in our Bangkok office, you will be responsible for distribution of our derivatives warrants to retail clients and be responsible for originating and structuring capital raising solutions for listed corporate clients. You will drive sales through building long term relationships with and providing a high level of service to brokers, investment consultants, investors, advisors and clients. You will assist in monitoring the competitors, derivatives warrant market-making system, pricing and processing warrants issuance. In the corporate solutions business, you will build relationships with corporates across Thailand and offer financing solutions when required. By staying up to date on market news, you will be able to assist with client communications on our social media platforms and assist with the sales and market strategy of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven track record in a financial markets sales role, preferably in equities. You will be able to demonstrate success in building client relationships and have strong communication skills ideally with public speaking experience. You will understand the capital raising landscape in Thailand and ideally have knowledge of corporate finance. While you can work independently, you are also a team player. Lastly, you will have good attention to detail and have strong sales and marketing skills. Fluency in English is required.
