Take your skills, insights and experience to the next level with a full-time graduate role within Business or Engineering. You’ll begin your career journey by joining our tailored onboarding and development program – Microsoft Aspire Experience. We’ll equip you with everything you need to thrive. From a solid understanding of our business, culture and values, to exploring personal development and growth opportunities, as well as harnessing the power of our network through support and mentoring.  
 
Eligibility:  

  • Full-time university student attending an accredited institution 
  • Currently enrolled or within 12 months of graduation  

Internship Program

Microsoft


The Microsoft internship program is a one-year paid experience where you will build lifelong networks and work as part of team to help deliver real projects to market. With access to leading-edge technology and learning support through our Intern Learning Week, you’ll be supported to put your skills in to practice and bring your ideas to life through projects that make an impact. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for a full-time graduate position.  
 
To be eligible you must be enrolled as a full-time student and returning to university for at least a term following the internship.
