The Position

Due to ongoing business growth, we have an immediate opportunity for an Inventory Support Officer Internship to join our successful team. Supporting the team’s commercial results, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in a thriving area of our business.

Working closely with the Inventory team you will be responsible for: 

• Review special parts such as; parts availability inquiries, special seasonal part
• Technical information inquiries to; HQ, Europe, India and China
• Support with general parts work; PDC Referral/transfers, Parts relabel and Kitting
• Support with inventory operation side of work; Container prioritising, ETA tracking, Stock adjustments and backorder items review

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail as you will be working with a high volume of SKU’s
• Strong communication skill
• Planning and organisational skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to changes and learn
