Reporting to the Regional Manager (RM), the Territory Manager (TM) will work collaboratively with their immediate team and other State personnel to achieve agreed sales targets and store standards.
The TM will be able to engage customer partners, primarily in-store, to influence sales and grow the category by delivering the Nationally agreed in-store call procedure for the specific channel within which they work. Responsibilities include effective territory planning for themselves and Merchandiser on their territory to achieve call rates, call coverage, promotional compliance, store standards (including distribution targets) by delivering the agreed in-store call procedure.
We are looking for a switched on, driven and highly motivated individual, preferably with at least a year of experience in sales in an FMCG environment. A Tertiary qualification is preferable but not essential. We are primarily looking for individuals with strong people and negotiation skills who are looking to establish themselves in a global company.
As many of our current business leaders started their careers as Territory Managers it is a fantastic opportunity for you to understand our business and grow through the company into future roles such as Brand Managers and Account Managers just to name a few.
