As part of our award winning Queensland State Sales Team, you will work collaboratively to achieve monthly sales targets through strong customer relationships and facts based selling. In this role you will be able to negotiate to help support and influence promotions to ensure the prominence of Mondelez products in the marketplace. To ensure your success you will benefit from regular in field coaching days with your Regional Manager and take part in some of our best in class sales and professional development programs.

You must have excellent communication skills, an ability to build effective relationships and manage your time effectively. This role requires people to work in stores with little supervision so requires high level of autonomy, and self-motivation to succeed.

Do you have what it takes?

To set you up for success you will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to solve problems and have sound decision making skills. Your clear and effective communication style will assist you develop strong customer relationships and deliver on your monthly sales targets. You must have a current valid driver’s license, a confirmed safe driving record and the ability to work autonomously. Ideally you will have or be working towards a degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing with the desire to kick of their career with a market leading FMCG company. Or a candidates with 2-3 years’ experience looking to establish themselves in a global company.
