2023 Norman Disney & Young Graduate Program – Digital

In 2023, the Digital stream has opportunities in Melbourne and Sydney. 

You will have completed a degree or major in Communications, BIM, Controls or Smart Buildings

As a graduate in the NDY Digital & Communications stream, you will be involved in technology project leading, designing and shaping future workspaces. 

The Digital stream covers all aspects of Technology including Passive & Active ICT, Audio Visual, Security, Cyber Security, Building Information Modelling and Smart Buildings. We work hand-in-hand with the Architect to guide other services consultants in shaping and moulding the Client's desired outcome.

You will gain experience in designing current and upcoming technology platforms for Clients in a vast range of market sectors with small to endless budgets. 

NDY Digital's global reputation and position in the industry gives you the chance to work with major Global vendors like Samsung, LG, Crestron, Commscope, Cisco, Microsoft, Honeywell, Axis, HID just to name a few. 

You will have the chance to see that as technology changes on a daily basis, we are not restricted by Standards and so our reach is global and only limited by the depth of our Creativity. 

A successful Technology Consultant is one who has passion for Technology at all times.

Applying for our Graduate Programs

Applications for our 2023 Graduate Program are now open. Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements. You must be:  

  • An Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen or New Zealand Permanent Resident at the time of submitting this application
  • You must have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last three years of the program start date (ie 2020, 2021, 2022 or January 2023)
  • You must be eligible to commence full time employment in February 2023
  • You must be willing to relocate to the role location you are applying to
  • Have a credit or above GPA

There are typically five stages to making an application:

  1. Complete the application form. This includes academic achievement, personal information, career motivation, employment history, extenuating circumstances, language skills, extra-curricular activities and interests.
  2. Cognitive ability assessments that are designed to test verbal, numerical and logical reasoning skills.
  3. Behavioural assessments that help us to understand your work style preferences and areas for development.
  4. Video Interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us a bit more about yourself.
  5. Assessment Centre and Interviews: Graduates progressing to this stage will be invited to attend a virtual assessment centre. The virtual assessment centre will consist of a series of group activities and individual activities where members of the NDY team will assess performance.
