During the 2-year Graduate Program, you will participate in a series of virtual workshops, social networking activities, technical training from NDY’s technical experts, potential discipline rotations, and the opportunity to connect with senior leaders in the business. Let’s not forget our in-person Graduate Development Program that takes place annually in Melbourne where all NDY graduates get together to learn, connect, and network with each other and the wider business.

About the role:

As a graduate in the NDY Digital & Telecommunications stream, you will be involved in technology projects leading, designing and shaping future workspaces.

The Digital stream covers all aspects of Technology including Passive & Active ICT, Audio Visual, Security, Building Information Modelling and Smart Buildings. We work hand-in-hand with the Architect to guide other services consultants in shaping and moulding the Client's desired outcome.

You will gain experience in designing current and upcoming technology platforms for Clients in a vast range of market sectors with small to endless budgets. NDY Digital's global reputation and position in the industry gives you the chance to work with major Global vendors like Samsung, LG, Crestron, Commscope, Cisco, Microsoft, Honeywell, Axis, HID just to name a few. 

You will have the chance to see that as technology changes on a daily basis, we are not restricted by Standards and so our reach is global and only limited by the depth of our Creativity. 

A successful NDY Digital Consultant is one who has passion for Technology in all forms.

How to join? 

Applications are now open and close on 15 May 2023. 

  1. Click the button below and complete the application form. You'll need to include your academic achievement, personal information, career motivation, employment history, extenuating circumstances, language skills, extra-curricular activities and interests. We ask for this extra detail because we're not just looking for great engineers, we're looking of great people. 
  2. If you're shortlisted you will be invited to the cognitive ability assessments. These are are designed to test your verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning skills. 
  3. Once you get past the cognitive ability test we ask you to undertake a behavioral assessment. This will help us to understand your work style preferences and areas for development.
  4. If you are shortlisted after the behavioral assessment we'll invite you to a video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us a bit more about yourself.
  5. This is the final step in this stage of the recruitment process. If you're shortlisted, you will be invited to an assessment centre session.
  6. Assessment Centre and Interviews: Graduates progressing to this stage will be invited to attend a virtual assessment centre. The virtual assessment centre will consist of a series of group activities and individual activities where members of the NDY team will assess performance.
  7. Face to Face meet & greet is the final stage of our process is to invite you into our offices to show you around, introduce you to our teams and have a sit-down meet & greet to ensure your career aspirations and interests align with NDY’s Grad Program. 

Offer Stage:

You will receive a call from our Graduate Manager to inform you of the outcome.

Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements. You must be:  

  • An Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, or New Zealand Permanent Resident at the time of submitting this application
  • You must have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last three years of the program start date (ie 2021, 2022, 2023, or January 2024)
  • You must be eligible to commence full-time employment in February 2024
  • You must be willing to relocate to the role location you are applying to
  • Have a credit or above GPA
