About the opportunity:
Reporting directly into the Senior Internal Auditor, you will support Nutrien Ag Solutions’ continued focus on effective management of risks and opportunities. This role will suit a recent graduate or someone who is in their final year of studies.
Your tasks will be varied and include;
Performing Internal Audit testing and review of IA project related supporting information
Assist with branch audit site visits, testing and meeting minutes
Provide support to Internal Auditor and team for upcoming stock counts – recording of the testing information and notes
IA planning activities for IA projects and preparation of Information request for IA projects
Understand IA methodologies, project delivery and Nutrien operations
To be considered for this opportunity you will have demonstrated success in completing team projects and working within a team environment, you will also bring personal accountability and urgency in achieving results
In addition, you:
- Must be pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Information Systems, with coursework in accounting, data analytics, economics, computer programming or another financial centric curriculum.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to multi-task is essential
