Graduate Engineer - Immediate Start

Osmoflo Water Management Pty Ltd is a leading global designer, manufacturer, operator and maintainer of advanced water and wastewater systems working across different industries, markets and international locations. 

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer initially for our Projects Department with either a Bachelor of Electrical (preferred), Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with the ‘right Osmoflo attitude’ – a ‘can do’ approach, positive outlook, energy and motivation to deliver. The successful candidate will take part in Osmoflo’s Graduate Rotation Programme, where they will spend approximately 6 Months per rotation in Innovation, Operations, Projects and Proposals.  Osmoflo is keen to meet a motivated individual who is a self-starter, passionate about making a difference, ready to take the next step in their career.

In addition to a great attitude you will require: 

  • Bachelor of Electrical (preferred),Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
  • The ability to conduct research, analyse data and produce reports
  • Willingness to be hands-on and work with tools when required
  • Ability to attend remote site locations on an ad-hoc basis
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of software.  

No day is ever the same; your daily challenges are only a drop in the ocean and would involve:  

  • Attending remote and metropolitan water treatment plants
  • Supporting the team with concept design of water treatment plants
  • Conducting feasibility studies and research and development, reporting on outcomes
  • Travelling to site and perform hands on work as required
  • Adhering to Osmoflo’s quality assurance standards
  • Providing technical support by and supporting fabrication activities
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving on Water Treatment Plants
  • Assisting proposals team prepare and present tenders.
