You will report to our Brand Manager and work with a passionate and dynamic team in Sydney. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
To be successful in this role, you will need strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
You are a catalyst to the brand’s strategic choices, product and commercial innovations, holistic communication plans and brand executions across all media and consumer touch points, leveraging data, insights, creativity, and innovation to achieve unparalleled product superiority.
From Day 1, you will be assigned full responsibility for your brand and business results, You are accountable for developing and executing strategies and plans in partnership with internal multidiscipline teams, external creative and communication agencies.
- Currently completing final year of a University degree or a recent graduate (within the past 2 years)
- Degree in Marketing is preferred
- Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens.
- Have a minimum credit average across your University results
- Gained strong experience leading others at work, in sporting teams, student societies or clubs etc.
- Are passionate about the world around you and giving to your community
- Possess an analytical mind, can think strategically and cultivate innovation in all you do
- Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
