We understand the importance of offering innovative learning and development opportunities to our people. All of our employees are encouraged to participate in our comprehensive Learning & Development and CLE/CPD programs which are delivered by both internal and external experts.

Your learning and development experience begins on day one. We want to make sure your transition to the firm is as seamless as possible, so your first few days will be spent learning all about our systems and processes and getting to know our people. You'll also be allocated a buddy to help you find your way and answer all of your tricky questions!

Our lawyers benefit from both face to face programs and on-line learning tools to help them develop professionally. The programs are structured to ensure all mandatory CLE/CPD requirements are met and include:

  • Client and business development skills
  • Personal development

We haven't forgotten about our administrative and shared services people either! They participate in a tailored learning and development program which encompasses:

We also encourage further formal external education and offer financial assistance, study leave, and access to our research and learning resources.
