What can our Graduate Development Engineer Program do for you?

We are dedicated to supporting you with an ideal platform to kick start your career by offering a structured and collaborative environment that allows you to gain experience across a range of specialist disciplines. Following on from your Electrical Engineering degree, our program will offer you exposure to systems, design, delivery and field based rotations.

Operating within the electrical transmission field, you will work with, and learn from, talented and highly supportive engineering and development professionals, giving you every opportunity to thrive as a key member of Powerlink's future and the future of the energy sector.

About you

You are an enthusiastic Electrical Engineering student, who has recently graduated or will be completing your degree in 2020.

You love to challenge the status quo, looking at things with a fresh perspective, and you are proactive in finding creative and innovative solutions for customers and internal stakeholders. You are comfortable talking with people at a variety of levels of the organisation, and you are confident in approaching new people building new relationships quickly.
