Open to all staff, our employee-led networks foster a sense of community and provide a forum for sharing experiences and challenges. 


Symmetry is an exciting PwC initiative that promotes gender diversity in our workplace. It plays a critical role in enabling our diversity and inclusion strategy and aims to facilitate the development of our people through opportunities that connect, inspire and empower, which include keynote speakers with industry experience.

Established in 2012, it became a firmwide initiative in 2014 (nationwide and xLoS), coordinating with new and existing gender initiatives. We encourage females and males to get involved in our Symmetry events, sharing of experiences, and other initiatives.

There are staff-led committees in each city who manage and plan our Symmetry initiatives.
