Bring your passion for Diversity & Inclusion to PwC as part of the 2022 Strategy& D&I Scholarship!

Did you know that each year PwC’s Strategy& team offer scholarships to university students in their penultimate year of study who have a demonstrated passion for Diversity & Inclusion? At Strategy&, we like to call ourselves practical strategists with a sweet spot for solving the hardest problems!

As a Strategy& scholar, you could receive up to $15,000 in scholarship funding, and join us for an internship as part of the D&I committee to help shape our firm’s priorities. Following the completion of your internship, you will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time graduate position with the Strategy& team.

We are looking to engage with students from a range of academic disciplines, backgrounds and experience. Applications are only open for a limited time, so to find out more about Strategy& - check HERE now! And apply HERE!

Here is what our previous scholars (now permanent team members) say about the opportunity:

Sophia

"During my four-week internship, I worked on an intensely interesting and important project, emphasising the scope and significance of the work Strategy& does and its profound impact in society. My team fostered such a supportive environment of apprenticeship and I knew instantly that this was a workplace that would be truly invested in my professional and personal development."

Sophia Elliott (Commerce Graduate) – 2019 D&I Scholar Health & Wellbeing Team, Strategy&

Karan

"Diversity makes it possible to better understand issues and provide different perspectives that would not be possible otherwise. Strategy& is serious about addressing historic inequities. Bringing about necessary change requires putting in place proactive programs such as these."

Karan Dhamija (Politics, Philosophy & Economics Graduate) 2019 D&I Scholar Government & Public Sector Team, Strategy&

Jesse

“Give it a go. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t had a great deal of experience in anything related to finance, economics or business; if you’re passionate about diversity and have a knack for solving problems, this scholarship is meant for you. If you want to best prepare for interviews, I’d recommend you watch some case practices on YouTube beforehand.”

Jesse Christian (Interactive & Visual Design Graduate) – 2020 D&I Scholar Consumer Markets Team, Strategy&

Madeleine

"So far, I have worked on projects relating to government COVID response, biopharmaceutical manufacturing and rail transport. A highlight was helping run a workshop for senior government officials, it was very exciting to sit in and listen to experts brainstorm their plans for the future.”

Madeleine Johnson (Master of Mathematical Science Graduate) – 2020 D&I Scholar Government & Public Sector Team, Strategy&
