PwC Private Graduate
About the Opportunity
PwC Private is a private clients practice dedicated to serving private businesses, families, HNW individuals and entrepreneurs.
Here are four (4) teams with roles available:
- Audit (PwC Private)
In PwC Private, you'll use your skills in accounting, problem-solving, critical thinking and building solid relationships. You'll provide assurance services to well-known leading private businesses. Our clients trust our team to offer external audits, which allow them to make better decisions and build trust regarding their company - whether this is for their lenders, investors, suppliers, employees or other stakeholders. Each job is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow and better understand how businesses operate, taking a holistic approach as you assess risk to help companies to succeed. You'll work across various industries, including Retail & Consumer, Distributors, Services, Healthcare, Construction, Agriculture, Transport & Logistics. - Tax Advisory (PwC Private)
Using your skills in accounting, tax, consulting and finance, you will have a strong passion for relationships and working as part of a team. PwC Private Tax Advisory supports privately owned businesses and their owners to navigate the challenges of their unique financial journeys.
In your role within Private Tax (Business Tax or Family Office), you will provide fully integrated tax and advisory services to your clients, including businesses across a diverse range of industries, entrepreneurs, high-net-wealth individuals and family offices. - Research and Development (PwC Private)
Using your skills in engineering, software and IT, mathematics or science in the PwC R&D team, you'll be immediately integrated into the client team to assist in gathering technical information, preparing reports to be submitted to the Government and preparing necessary financial calculations. You will assist clients in improving the return on investment of innovation activities and collaborate with startups, universities, research, and other organisations to help pilot new ideas. - Deals - Transaction Services
Using your skills in accounting and finance, you'll provide comfort to buyers and sellers by strategically analysing all financial and operational assumptions to give an independent view of an M&A transaction. You will work in a team of professionals to perform financial due diligence where your client can be either the buyer/bidder of a target business (such as private equity firms, corporate firms, family businesses, or high net worth individuals) or the sellers. Using data analysis, leading-edge technology and access to management teams, you will work to understand the critical value drivers and identify any potential risks in the deal. We specialise in financial due diligence but work with specialists across PwC to provide all business due diligence to our clients, such as M&A advisory, tax, commercial, strategy, human resources (HR), operational, legal, environmental social & governance (ESG), and energy transition. Our team also works closely with our client's other advisors, including investment banks, legal advisors, consultants, and lenders. Our Deals graduates participate in Edge - our Asia Pacific graduate program. Graduates can rotate into other teams across the deals platform, including regional learning experiences and opportunities for international rotations. Click here for more information about Edge.
