Programs and entry paths


Graduate program: Structured program where you’ll receive technical and professional development supporting your future progression within the firm.

Vacation program: 3-8 week program for students in their penultimate year (2nd last year).  As an intern, you will work on relevant client engagements, attend networking events and participate in a community service project.

Trainee program: A unique 3 year program that allows you to incorporate real paid work experience whilst completing your degree. You'll start as a Trainee with us in either your second year of your single degree or your third year of your double degree, and work full time and study part time for two years. Once the work experience period is over, you return to finish your degree on a full time study basis. Many Trainees will be offered full time graduate positions to return the following year.

Legal Clerkship program: As a summer or winter clerk, you’ll gain valuable real-life experience and insights through a program that was awarded the AFR’s Most Popular Legal Clerkship. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our lawyers on client engagements, conduct legal research, prepare alerts and updates on legal developments, draft legal documents and legal advice, attend networking events and participate in social impact projects and potentially pro bono work.

Higher Apprenticeship program: Our new entry path for high school leavers.offers an alternate pathway to the traditional graduate route. You can earn a competitive salary while studying towards a paid professional qualification from a leading training organisation.

Tech Academy: An interactive one-day event that allows students to come together and confidently test ideas to help shape a better world. If you’re a university student or a recent graduate fascinated by everything tech, and are interested to explore the exciting opportunities available at PwC, then Tech Academy is for you!

Insight Academy: A one day experiential event for students with two years remaining on their university degree. Whether you’d like an insight into real-work scenarios ,or how your skills translate into jobs, or perhaps you’re, unsure of the direction you want to take - Insight Academy is all about confidence building and empowering you to be job-ready.
