Calling all Graduates! The Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking Engineering Graduates to join our highly sought after two-year graduate program in 2021.
We’re looking for innovative and future-focused engineers who value teamwork, are community minded and put customer safety first. You will have a true passion in your chosen field and a desire to contribute to enriching the lives of Queenslanders through your engineering work.

- Have completed their university qualification by December 2020 or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2018).

- Are willing to participate fully in the program including possible relocation to regional Queensland.
About the role:
As an Engineering Graduate you will contribute to our vision: Creating a single integrated transport network accessible to everyone through the delivery of road, rail, air and sea infrastructure projects.
Under supervision you will contribute to the project management and delivery of road infrastructure projects through the provision of technical expertise and support to the concept design, options development and construction and maintenance activities of civil roads projects. You may also contribute to the contract management and effective coordination of key operational activities and resources for project management and process development.
