About our Role

We are recruiting Graduate Occupational Therapists to join us i for NDIS and Occ Rehab work. Reporting to the Site Team Leader, you will work in a supportive team, for a variety of clients.  You will build and deliver client-centered management, maintain meaningful relationships and provide 1:1 consultancy work. Duties include:

  • Rehabilitation Case Management,  negotiating positive outcomes 
  • Single Service Assessments including functional assessments
  • Worksite Assessments including ADL’s, Pre-Employment Medicals, Ergonomic assessments & JTAs
  • Facilitating independence in workers to return to work
  • Provide services to NDIS participants

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License
  • Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
  • Strong aptitude for time management & goal setting
  • Strong report writing abilities
