Candidates must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency at the time of application.
All Graduate Development Program and Internship Program positions are located in Sydney, NSW.
About the Recruitment Process
The RBA process is comprehensive, and assesses candidates in several stages as they progress from application to offer. Occasionally steps are omitted, added to, or occur out of their usual order, so each candidate’s individual experience may vary. The typical process is as follows:

2. Online ability testing
Assesses your ability in verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning
90 minutes (excluding practice questions)
3. Online video interview
Assesses your motivation, experience and ability to ‘think on your feet’
15-20 minutes (excluding practice questions)
4. Online assessment
Provides insights into your interpersonal and decision- making preferences
30 minutes (excluding practice questions)
5. Panel interview – behavioural and technical
Explores your motivation for application, skills and oral communication).
6. Assessment centre
Assesses writing skills and confirms ability testing results
7. Reference checking
