PHASE 1: DEVELOP YOUR BUSINESS AND SALESFORCE SKILLS

As a Futureforce graduate, you will have the opportunity to skill-up and advance your learning via our tailored enablement pathways.

In month one, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, technologies and business
  • Learn critical professional skills you’ll need to be successful in your role
  • Build your network with your graduate cohort

From month two, you will go through a brief transition where you will:

  • Continue building your practical skills and expertise through shadowing and supporting the Professional Services Team to deliver projects
  • Take on your own work within team remit
  • Deliver impact through program activities and special projects

PHASE 2: EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

From month three onwards, you will:

  • Make valuable contributions to our customers while working on customer facing activities
  • Carry your own responsibilities as a member of the Professional Services team
  • Engage cross-functionally to drive breadth of competencies
  • Key experiences and programs in this phase:
  • Live customer engagements and meetings
  • Accountability to real-world team metrics and goals
  • Multi-functional shadowing or special projects
  • Billable engagement on customer facing projects as a junior services professional

Our Salesforce Professional Services team deliver solutions that transform our customers’ businesses and their customers’ experiences. Successful applicants will be place in one of the below streams:

Functional Consulting

Salesforce Functional Consultants serve as hands-on Salesforce solution advisors, using deep interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their customers to help clients design and implement transformation programs that deliver ROI.

The functional consultant uses consulting skills and communication strategies to engage and persuade in situations where they do not have direct authority over resources. They interact with the leadership team to align on the vision and direction for key customer engagements. They partner with technical and functional leads to map existing capabilities, co-design future requirements, and design comprehensive solutions.

YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities

  • Co-create a strategy that aligns a client’s business objectives with their customer experience
  • Facilitate workshops with end-users to uncover challenges and articulate barriers, and co-design potential solutions to their needs
  • Develop key business measures and business case to support the case for change
  • Design a practical roadmap in collaboration with the technical consulting team
  • Actively work between the Business & Technology disciplines to implement the best ideas with new digital operating models and ways of working

Program Delivery + Pre-Sales

Engagement & Delivery Managers play a critical role in setting customers up for Success by prescriptively shaping and then leading the execution of large and transformational projects for our most strategic customers. They serve as trusted advisors to Salesforce customers, providing guidance to Sales & Professional Services teams, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Partnered with an Account Partners (Services Sales counterpart), they lead both pre and post-sales activities to articulate comprehensive implementation proposals. They will then maintain the executive relationships while acting as a point of contact in a billable capacity. They are ensuring tight alignment among partners, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success.

Engagement Delivery Associate

The Associate, Engagement Delivery supports a work stream in complex enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key stakeholders to achieve the vision while executing on key deliverables. They serve as hands-on advisors, using deep interpersonal skills, solution and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer ROI.

The Associate, Engagement Delivery uses consulting skills and communication strategies to engage and persuade in engagements where they do not have direct authority over resources. They interact with both technical and functional customers to obtain requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive strategies/solutions.

  • Maintaining executive relationships while acting as a point of contact in a billable capacity
  • Help deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) through;
    • Maintaining a productive and positive relationship with customers and driving continued engagement

    • Generation of positive feedback from internal teams, leadership and customers
    • Positively impact client renewals (when applicable)
  • Show continued professional growth and development
  • Ensuring tight alignment among partners, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success
