This is your time to make a difference! is looking for a Sales Strategy Intern (Futureforce) to support its Sales Strategy team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Sales Strategy is a high performing team chartered with advising senior executives in driving the business forward. Adopting a data-driven approach, sales strategy partners with members of the cross-functional leadership team to drive both short-term and long-term growth. Our Futureforce interns do not sit on the sidelines. They drive value, work on key strategic projects and ultimately transform the business across ANZ.

What you can expect:

  • You will work closely with key stakeholders within Sales Strategy internationally and the broader organisation in ANZ to support all steps of our strategy processes
  • You will work on high-impact, meaningful and purpose-led projects
  • A focus on developing the fundamental skills across structured problem solving, critical thinking, communicating with impact and stakeholder management
  • You will develop your data analytics and insights capability through in-depth analysis, reporting and actionable insights for our sales leaders and ANZ leadership team

Your Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Support the ANZ portfolio of strategic projects, contributing to the planning, analysis, recommendations and implementation of ANZ priorities
  • Assist team members to execute all steps of's Go-to-Market strategy in ANZ (market segmentation, headcount planning, implementation of sales territories, quota setting)
  • Help to drive business reviews, operational deep-dives and other requests from the business


  • Currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor/Master), graduating in 2023
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a "get things done" attitude to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • A growth mindset with a clear desire to learn and develop
  • Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative
  • Passion to join the tech industry
  • Alignment to values of Salesforce and is a must

Technical capabilities:

  • Comfort with data and advanced knowledge of basic analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) and basic understanding of coding principles and SQL are a bonus
