  5. checking applications are complete and in the correct format
  6. sending acknowledgement emails
  7. inputting the applications into the appropriate format for judging:
  8. de-identifying applicant's information
  9. saving entries in appropriate folders
  10. helping to correspond with judges when needed
  11. compiling material for distribution to the judges
  12. coordinating the announcement of winners through different media
  13. communicating with membership - updates on Award, etc.
