HR & Recruitment Assistant - Immediate Start

About the Role
Due to the rapid growth, we've expanded operations and are now seeking a enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our vibrant team based in Sydney. Reporting to the GM Human Resources this position will provide support in the delivery of a range of HR activities throughout the employee life cycle in Seko.
Key Duties
- Assisting with recruitment on a national level across all company divisions. (Posting job ads, screening candidates CV's and obtaining detailed information about applicants).
- Assisting with new starters and on-boarding
- Managing/maintaining employee HR files;
- Assisting with P&C activities .
- General HR administration as required.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritise work
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Keen to learn and get involved in HR projects
- Passion for generalist HR activities.
