Position description/title: Continuous Improvement Engineering Interns

Duties:
• Implementation of Quality and Continuous Improvement agendas within the factory
• Maintaining, updating and reviewing of SOP’s & company Food Safety systems.
• In conjunction with the leadership team, continuously reviewing systems and processes to improve key operational efficiency measures
• Liaising with management team to find ways to optimize production performance across all production systems
• Supporting production and site activities to minimise downtime
• Assisting with implementation of Kaizen projects and new product commissioning
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to refine department’s processes, procedures, models, tools, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring safe operating conditions
