Customer Support Internship

The Position:

Customer Support Intern.


  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced learning environment;
  • Financial Management or Economics student;
  • Has keen attention to details.


  • Assist with questions, provide information, collateral, remotes
  • Stock equipment and supplies
  • Monitor customer support electronics in lobby and report issues to store manager
  • Consider full billing system access & use as customer experience troubleshooting specialist
  • Assisting with Real estate assessments in preparation for '17 budget (store location analysis, maps)
  • Updating critical information on the store database (200 stores) – gathering information, etc
  • Reviewing mapping data accuracy for all stores in various search engines
  • Searching social media to understand potential gaps and opportunities we may have promoting and responding to issues related to stores
  • This internship will be utilized for critical analysis of operational processes that we are reviewing to improve how we service our Representatives
  • Specifically, this individual will be analysing the effects of making changes to our order profiles in a highly automated facility and recommending actions for us to take to ensure a successful implementation
