Position description/title: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineers - Machinery Technician Intern & Tool Setter

Duties:

• Learning the foundation of Injection Moulding and thermoforming lines and how to do some basic troubleshooting.
• Creating video SOPs, Step by step troubleshooting instructions.
• Learning how to operate Thermoforming and Injection Moulding machines
• Getting familiar to solving mechanical problems, pneumatic systems, electrical and automation systems in injection moulding and thermoforming lines.
• Kaizen and Project management
 

Our ideal candidate for this role must have the following:

• Must possess a keen interest, strong desire to form a career in the fast-paced manufacturing plastic forming Industry.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent Mechanical aptitude.
• Good Computer skills
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Reliable, proactive, hardworking, puncture and discipline.
• A positive attitude.
• Be physically fit requirement including a variety of standing, walking
throughout the day
