They have become a well-respected industry player and currently have a vacancy for a Human Resources Administration Support Officer.

What's the role?

In this role, you will work within the Human Resources team where you will act as the first point of contact for all requests from employees, government agencies, brokers, and internal teams to confirm queries surrounding pay, leave entitlements, benefits, policy and general questions such as confirmation of employee information.

What will my day to day look like?

In this role, you will act as a trusted source of information for both internal and external stakeholders which requires strong knowledge of company and government policy/regulations. Further, you will utilise your excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills when liaising with stakeholders, whilst maintaining integrity within all processes.

You will: 

  • Actively assist government agencies, brokers, and internal teams with their enquires.
  • Input relevant data onto internal systems.
  • Validate and collate HR documentation for internal and external employees
  • Perform general administrative tasks
What skills do I need for the role?

You are an experienced Human Resource Administrator or have strong experience within a administrative/processing-based role. You have a strong knowledge of financial services with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. 

You also have: 
  • At least 1-year administrative/processing experience
  • HR related degree
  • Strong ability to work in a busy, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Resilience & Adaptability.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness in applying policy.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence to a high standard and a high level and understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Consulting & negotiation skills.
