Full Job Description:

Our client is a leading provider of financial services within the Wealth Management industry. With offices around Australia, they have an impressive client list and currently have a vacancy for a Platform Administrator.

What is the role?
You will work as a Registry Operations Associate, you will be part of a team responsible for the overall management of accounts on the platform. This includes account openings (Onboarding), fee management and account closures. As well as the Registry team, you will liaise with the Platform team as well the Call Centre and other key stakeholders to assist with all queries and investigations.
What will my day to day look like?
As part of this team, you will be guided from the ground up on the end to end process of opening, maintaining and termination of accounts, including the execution of fee calculations in a timely manner. You will have exposure to AML and KYC and will assist with testing of system enhancements.
You will also look after:

  • New account set-ups
  • Account terminations
  • Static Data Maintenance
  • Fee Management
  • Investigations to assist with account and client

What skills or experience do I need for the role?

You are a graduate with a business or finance background (Finance, accounting, economics etc). You have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. You are tenacious and hardworking with an eagerness to learn and willingness to work under pressure. You have an interest and understanding of the investment markets and the broader finance industry.
You are also:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
  • High degree of numeracy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and customer focused attitude
