The Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) is the peak representative body for the $700 billion profit-to- member superannuation sector. The AIST Super Grads program identifies and develops recent graduates who are employed with our member funds that want to make a difference to the quality of retirement for Australians.
This is an enviable role for an enthusiastic and talented recent Graduate to join Equipsuper Pty Ltd.
Equipsuper is a Public Offer Industry Fund with over 70,000 members and is committed to operating in a socially responsible manner and to respecting the needs of its members, employees, suppliers, regulators and others.
This full time fixed term 12 month contract with possible potential to extend or become permanent in the future will have you provide assistance in the execution of a number of key projects across the entire business. This will include rotations in Governance and Risk, Commercial, Strategy and Markets, PMO (Project Management Office), Member Engagement, Investments, Special Projects, Growth and Investments.

To be eligible, you'll need…
As a recent graduate, you completed your Bachelor Degree in 2016 or 2017 at an Australian Tertiary Institution in Finance or a related discipline (mathematics would be highly regarded). Not only are we looking for graduates with the right mix of skills and qualifications, but we are on the search for individuals who are committed to upholding the values of working in the profit-to- member superannuation industry.
