The Opportunity:

Due to positive growth, we are looking to welcome a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. You will work closely with our clients to market, assess, identify, and onboard high quality ‘technical’ candidates. This position offers flexible working arrangements (suitable for someone juggling other commitments). 

The Day-to-Day:

  • A big part of your role will be to engage with people both over the phone and in person. If talking on the phone is not your thing, recruitment might not be ideal for you.  
  • Ad writing and content generation.
  • Screening applications, interviewing and pro-actively engaging candidates.
  • Selecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role.
  • Reference checking.
  • Social media marketing.
  • Curating business proposals.
  • Keeping in regular contact with candidates to ensure the best possible customer experience.

About You:

  • We are looking to welcome a proactive, well-spoken individual to join our team on a Full time basis. If you have a background in customer service, HR or recruitment, or think you have what it takes to be a top-notch recruiter, we encourage you to apply.
  • Proven experience in the professional services sector, particularly in a role where there is a lot of client interaction.
  • Natural ability to connect with people.
  • Studying or Completed a Bachelors degree in either HR, Business,  Psychology or Arts.
  • You have a proactive mindset and are always look for ways to improve.
  • You are persistent, resilient, and motivated to achieve results.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
