In-House Graduate Program Consultant - Immediate Start

This high-profile role, owning the graduate intake and programs across this growing and stable ASX listed IT&T organisation, working across the group, will provide you with exposure to build, optimise and work on attracting and recruiting graduates as well as building programs that will enhance their early career development. 

Working within the Talent Acquisition team, working with the Senior Leaders and Managers across the business, this is a great opportunity to build a compelling and competitive graduate program for a high-growth business that is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining talent. This role will see you responsible for shaping and developing a structured graduate program, placing graduates and interns on rotations to ensure they are integrated and onboarded.  

This role would ideally suit an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant who is hands-on and enjoys the recruitment of graduate intake as well as the design and oversight of graduate programs, and the development of the graduates themselves. You will be proactively working with the various universities and tertiary institutions to promote the program. There will also be an opportunity to broaden your skills and work on ad hoc projects within the broader Talent & HR function. This role may also suit those who are already within a specialist Graduate Recruitment role or have exposure to it as part of the role and who wants to move into a successful tech business. Or you could be an Internal Talent Acquisition specialist passionate about Graduate Recruitment and Program Management and want to step into your first Graduate Program Consultant role. 

Ideally, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in graduate recruitment intake; and/or In-House Recruiters, who are passionate or had some exposure & involvement in graduate programs; 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with universities;
  • Understanding of marketing, branding and campaign management within the university environments;
  • Ability to develop well thought through systems and processes rather than being reactive;
  • Proven ability to build on the employer brand and attract top talent both at campus fairs and virtually;
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to large groups;
  • Previous experience working within corporate, commercial organisations; 
  • Tertiary qualifications.
